Shipping & Returns
Lifebalance.ae is a UAE web-store (we deliver our products to GCC countries listed below).
A confirmation email is sent once an order is confirmed. Upon processing the payment using any of the available options, the items selected shall be packaged and shipped as per the customer's delivery address or readied for collection if this was the selected delivery option.
Lifebalance.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
For the following countries: In UAE, if your order is 300 AED or more you will receive free shipping. For orders less than 300 AED you need to pay a shipping cost as noted per your country.

If no-one is present at the time of attempted delivery, the next steps will depend on what is customary in the country in question. In many countries it is common that the agent will leave a notification card for the recipient to pick up the package at another location.
For all other markets the shipping agent will deliver your package to a pick-up location and you will receive a notification of when you can pick up your package.
Taxes and customs duties outside the UAE
Customers from outside of the UAE may be subject to tax or import duties. To avoid any unexpected charges we advise that you contact your local customs office for a breakdown of potential taxes and/or duties before placing an order.
When shipping internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that are levied by your destination country. LifeBalance does not collect these fees. All orders are shipped from UAE.
Lifebalance.ae shall return and refund customers who bought items through its website under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was sent by lifebalance.ae
- The product sent was defective
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
Return Policy for Insoles:
Footbalance products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can use the product for 30 days and return if you are not happy with it. The 30 days starts from invoice date/ Purchase date by the customer.
Return Policy for Other Products:
All other Lifebalance products come with a 15-day return policy. The product should be in excellent condition. The 15 days starts from invoice date/ Purchase date by the customer.
Shipping returns is free provided you follow the instructions delivered with the order, making sure to use Lifebalance approved shipping agent when sending your return accompanied by the original receipt.
Return Policy for a damaged product
If the delivered product(s) is damaged, defective or if you received a wrong product(s), you can return it to us accompanied by the original receipt and you will receive a refund. Lifebalance reserves the right to determine between damaged, defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
The amount you paid for the product(s) will be refunded to your card used at purchase, 14 to 30 days after we have received and approved your return. If the product(s) cannot be delivered to you, for some reason not dependent on us, the amount paid by the card used at purchase is refunded to your card. Amount paid by cash will be refunded in cash.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first purchase as soon as we receive the parcel.
Cancellation of an order is allowed under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was sent by lifebalance.ae
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged in shipping
- The item was not delivered within 7 working days.
Withdrawal of the order by Lifebalance
Unfortunately, we are not able to do partial deliveries. In case the product you ordered is not available at our stock for any reason, we are unable to confirm, process or deliver the whole order. If this happens, we will notify you by e-mail and return any payment you have made related to this order.
Lifebalance reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time.
